and got 2 movies free. The discount won't be applied on checkout, send them an email and they'll apply it.
It'll never be like this, though.so_awes said:i'll bite when it's B1G1F.

No response to emails and when I called they said no such deal exists.Jax said:Contact - Customer Service - email (or call if its easier for you) - Promos is the one I used.
Jax said:actually the email on this promo got sent to me on the 20th of September and its valid til 1st october.
Decado said:No response to emails and when I called they said no such deal exists.
DeathNote said:So I called, no wait, and she said "this promo is automatically,I will reduce the cost for you right now"
She said my order already entered the shipping phase, so I'll get a credit in 3 business days on the cheapest disc. So, no worry about getting charged full price.Kusagari said:I'm going to have to call then. It's been over an hour and I have had no email reply.
What did you say to convince them of this? I'm getting stone-walled.DeathNote said:She said my order already entered the shipping phase, so I'll get a credit in 3 business days on the cheapest disc. So, no worry about getting charged full price.
Future buyers: This is a real and legit promo. Don't worry yourself and begin feel like it's a loophole. I would call them at 1-866-216-1072 after you place an order since it enters the shipping phase real quick.
Decado said:I canceled mine, too. They don't have a clue what i'm talking about, and with no promotional code, I don't know how people are getting this to work. Is this some sort of internet joke?

WTF am I supposed to say? They ask where the deal is specified on the site...I can't answer because it *doesn't*. I have link with no details. They ask for a promo code...I can't give one because there *isn't* one. Either this deal exists or it doesn't and the two people I've spoken to from Amazon over the phone say it doesn't and I can't provide *anything* that proves otherwise.
And this is all your link says:
"For every two Blu-ray titles purchased, get a third one free when you add them all to your Shopping Cart. Go to the Blu-ray store."
Doesn't impress the people I've spoken with.
It's not done automatically. That simple. You have to contact them.FTWer said:yeah, seems fishy.
They advertise a buy two get one free, but it flatout doesn't work.
Maybe it is a typo & people who got it to go through are just lucky.
I said "I have a email in my inbox about a bluray B1G2 promo and my order didn't get discounted".Decado said:What did you say to convince them of this? I'm getting stone-walled.
Is there a promotional code or something?
Pai Pai Master said:Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, and WALL-E.
Thanks!
I get that now too. So, apparently it's too late.Stormwatch said:When I click on the link in my email it says the offer ended. Maybe that is why everyone is having so much trouble?
