A cancelled game isn't a failed game. Its a failed project that was ended before becoming a (likely) failed game. Live service games are not the type of games that most gamers like. Just because the industry wants players to keep playing and paying for the same game, doesn't mean gamers have to bend over and accept it. Sony learned their lesson and are putting their resources to better use as a result. Shouldn't gamers be glad that they are canceling projects that are likely to fail, and instead focusing their resources on projects that will succeed?

Someone who's not an actual enthusiast of a hobby or a particular IP. Usually someone who's using said hobby/IP as a platform to push their agenda.
A good example of this would be modern day Star Wars. You look at something like the Acolyte, it's clear the showrunner Leslie Headland isn't an actual fan of Star Wars, but she's using a popular IP as a way to push her feminism and LGBT bullshit. Hence she's a tourist. She's not a permanent or long term member. She's here on the short term until Star Wars serves it's purpose for her.

Basically that you're not taking the issue as seriously as she thinks you ought to take it. It's a way of talking down to someone, implying that they are just passing through rather than intimately familiar with the territory. A "filthy casual" instead of someone who takes the subject with the Dedication and Seriousness it deserves.
It's just the latest trend in insults. A way to dismiss people's opinions by claiming higher ground.

Absolutely none. The studios that made The order 1886 and Driveclub were shut down due to poor sales and launching the game with missing features and a lack of content. Its also been revealed that the reason why Bloodborne hasnt been touched by anyone is because Sony is honoring the wishes of the creator not to let anyone else touch it.

There's a game from RedCandleGames called Nine Sols. It looks awesome as hell. I've heard people describe it as a 2D Sekiro-vania.
My point is, no one is wishing for that studio to close. Make great games and we will support them.
