Some not great picks in there, but OK overall. Lelouch being on the list at all makes me sad, but that's a fight I'm not going to win and I accept that. Light over L is a bit weird. Shinji at number 1 is kind of crazy. Kakashi is a bit of a weird choice, but I can kind of understand that. Overall, not the worst of these kinds of lists I've seen. No Char Aznable is probably the thing I dislike the most about it.

What's the point of IGN's Top 10/25/small number anime lists? There's no way they're going to encompass every awesome character/opening song/etc.

Besides, L AND Light on a list of top 10 ever? A spot that could go to Luffy, Gintoki, Kamina, Vash the Stampede, Dio, ANYONE...goes to another Death Note Character.

EDIT: Side note here, but the dumb "must watch" videos at the bottom of the page are very entertaining.
