Controller yields are diabolical and it wasn't PS4 footage at all it was Xbox One footage but they had to use a DS4 controller.

Well, the X1 lagging behind would explain the damaging part, and it would allign with the PS4 version being shown of perfectly.
However I doubt it. There's nothing in this game that looks demanding.
Maybe X1 being 720p? Ehh..dunno.

While I did float the idea of forced parity on the previous page, thinking about it again, it makes no sense that they would be showing off the PS4 version to IGN this week like they are.
In other words, if Microsoft had enough control over COD to demand forced parity, they would certainly have enough control to force them to never show a version of the game that isn't running on an Xbox.
Developers/publishers don't always announced their game has gone gold.
I would expect both versions of this game are complete right now.

Titanfall is hyped in gamer circles but has way less name recognition among averages Joes, I'd imagine. No doubt it will perform well but I'm not sure anyone is expecting a COD-type juggernaut out of the gate.

That's the funny thing about this 'being shown on PS4' news, there is no possible way the XBO version isn't on par with this.

I just can't say anything and finding another source in NDA-city is nigh impossible. I will fall on the sword of this one and say I'm awful for the tease and if a ban is needed to teach me/other potential teasers a lesson I totally get that.

Yes, it is gold and pressed. People have the Xbox One version already, Ali-A did an unboxing of it.
Additionally, they're launching the next-gen versions on the 5th alongside current gen in the UK for some reason so with 14 days to go you better hope it is gold!
