I think you coukd find just as many random other strings. It's not like Dr. octopus in MvC3 where there is no question to the reference. I think he's getting too excited.

Yeah, I wouldnt put too much faith in that leak. Its based on nothing. The post on TYM shows an image from PSXSCENE that i posted in this thread a while back. I can't see any evidence backing it up at all.

Green Arrow is definitely in the A's IMO. Not an S tier dude but good all-a-rounder.
He's got resets. He's got insane high low mixups making his strings hard to block. Great at punishing on reaction with an arrow.
Problem is that he has low damage so his zoning is not enough to make him win thus making him really need to fish for high lows and resets all the time. In other words...he can stop people's offense, but he still has to start his own. He is not a runaway character and can easily be outzoned and lose a huuuuuuge amount of life if he tries to enter a zoning war. He needs to corner folks and fish or he needs to punish and then full convert to get the damage he needs to win.
Green Arrow will never be bad IMO, but he's no S tier. He requires players to make good reads to get a life lead with him and folks who respect his mixups and pushblock early or folks who just outright have great wakeup games will ruin his gameplan fairly well if they respect what he does and act accordingly on wakeup or block. His midscreen combos ride right around 30-ish percent. Corner combos rise into 40's to high 40's. He simply pushes dudes away to easily with his stuff midscreen to allow him to easily convert into any real damage without ice so thats all we rock. If we could come up with some higher damage lower execution tricks midscreen with fire or electric then yeah he may go up a tier as he could rock those loads and gain better zoning without sacrificing better damaging combos, but unless that happens you usually shouldn't fear getting chipped to death like vs Aquaman zoning or something.
He's an A tier all-arounder, but lacks the damage in his zoning and midscreen options to be an S.

Dude has more time with the game than anyone else since he was a tester and he's winning tournies clean and solid. For an early list, it looks pretty legit honestly. There will be specialists who make dudes perform really well, but in terms of just general tools and weaknesses...well...this looks pretty acceptable.

Pretty agreeable list, honestly this game is already significantly better balanced than MK and a lot of other games out right now. There isn't a large portion of the cast that's rarely viable except for specific matchups.
If the guy who leaked chars before the games release was right about his "leak" I would assume he's gonna be right about his next "leak"
Only thing I can see arguable is maybe its just a placeholder file or the initials mean something else, you can't really say its bullshit unless it's some randy saying he knows info.

The dude claiming this is just the guy who posted the "original leak" on gamefaqs, not the guy who actually found it. That should be the only thing you need to know to know it's just some guy trolling. If this stuff was actually in the code like that it would have been found weeks ago, not just now.
