Most of the major games did.
Oh, and pretty well thought out article, although I don't necessarily think that Wii is a fad...

Correct me if I'm wrong but streamed texetured still have to fit in the allotted video memory.InterMoniker said:If this doesn't make you believe Blu-ray is needed, I don't know what will. Jebus this guy debunks all the FUD in one looooong post. Just my 2 cents.

If you don't get momentum early on, third parties will move on and forget you. It happened to the Gamecube, and it could happen to the PS3.
I don't care about Blu-Ray, HDDs, or STDs, if you don't get the momentum, you don't get the games. They can still turn this around, but it seems unlikely.

The point is, is that the xbox did a very good job of taking market share from the other companies. It did as good as the gamecube and gave them headway for the 360...which is in 1st place right now.Draft said:Future seems bright for Sony and the PLAYSTATION 3.

Yeah they probably do have to fit on the allotted video memory. I never said they didn't, PS3's Blu-Ray just allows A LOT more textures.LuCkymoON said:Correct me if I'm wrong but streamed texetured still have to fit in the allotted video memory.
Most of the first party titles did and this is why MS decided to go with an optional drive this time around. They don't want to bleed $$$ again.
