Intel CEO Brian Krzanich quits Trump's manufacturing council

Donald J. Trump‏ @realDonaldTrump

For every CEO that drops out of the Manufacturing Council, I have many to take their place. Grandstanders should not have gone on. JOBS!
JERRRRRBS

This man has the same lame ass comebacks every single time. Also it is clear he doesn't give a fuck about why the CEOs are leaving.

Yeah it's not like Trump is a sensitive fragile snowflake that would let these symbolic gestures get to him or anything!

and making trump upset clearly accomplishes a lot

like i get that this could be cathartic for someone but let's not pretend as if this does anything at all

Thanks! So Dow, Dell, and GE so far.

These councils are accomplishing nothing but giving Trump photo ops and enabling him. All of the job growth is a direct continuation of the last eight years. The growth has actually trailed off a bit, which is inevitable.

Way too many, especially considering these councils don't seem to actually do anything. Here's an un-updated list from earlier today:

Dan Diamond @ddiamond
With Ken Frazier’s exit, the remaining member CEOs of Trump’s jobs advisory council.

Remaining members of Trump’s strategic and advisory council.

They're afraid of Trump calling them out on Twitter. Cowards.

I say we start betting on who's gonna be the last to leave/will stay until the end.

I bet on the Dow Chemical guy, because it's Dow Chemical.

He left before things were absolutely shitty, but it didnt take a genius to see that "having a seat at the table" with this man doesn't mean shit.

Those executives are basically there for show."I have the top corporations on my council, so I will bring back jerbs!"

Grandstanding I think its called.
