Not much place to talk about it anymore, so I'll just say here that iTunes Match is very borked right now. Shit just doesn't work.

What particular problems are you having? iTunes Match will be one of the big reasons I don't spend an extra couple hundred on a 64GB...BigNastyCurve said:Not much place to talk about it anymore, so I'll just say here that iTunes Match is very borked right now. Shit just doesn't work.
Yesgoodcow said:This has probably already been covered here, but I have to upgrade to Lion if I want to keep using iCal/Address Book and have everything sync with iCloud? Yet Apple supports five years old Windows Vista for iCloud?
Tron 2.0 said:I asked this in the iPhone 4S thread, but it's probably more appropriate here.
Is the official Twitter app capable of updating in the background? I'm guessing not.

So I could arrive home and if my computer is on (Windows 7) it will automatically open up itunes and sync my phone. The problem is it should only sync if my phone is connected to power. Any ideas how to fix it?
iTunes Match is not available yet. Should be by the end of the month.DR3AM said:how do i use icloud? how do i upload my music>

Wha?! I didn't know u could do this... How ?!Summary Man said:I really love switching between apps with a four-finger swipe. Such a simple yet helpful addition. And for the first time ever, I really want to get an Apple computer.
Only on iPad 2, and has to be enabled in the settings.SonnyBoy said:Wha?! I didn't know u could do this... How ?!
I'm not, though, even though I turned on notifications in the app.Sean said:It doesn't refresh your Twitter timeline while in the background if that's what you're wondering. But you should receive push notifications of mentions and direct messages and such.
Exported my calendars from google and then imported them into iCal. They automatically synced back to iCloud.tmdorsey said:Did you do this manually? I have some Google Calendars I want to try to move over and trying to find the best method to do it.
Hmm, I thought I tried that and when I imported them they showed up under "On My Mac" and wouldn't sync to iCloud.giga said:Exported my calendars from google and then imported them into iCal. They automatically synced back to iCloud.

Not sure. lolRaitosaito said:How the hell is everyone having terrible battery life...
Thanks for the help.Sean said:Not sure, I switched from the official Twitter app to Echofon a few months ago (Echofon also gives you push notifications not just on mentions/DM's, but also for new followers, favorites, retweets, etc).
Only thing I can think of is checking Notifications > Twitter and make sure the settings are correct on that screen (make sure that alert style isn't "none").
Who maintains that site, those are mostly from like 2-4 years ago.layzie1989 said:Hey just to let you guys know you can send animated GIFS in iMessage. It's probably the best feature ever.

Ah, I didn't know that iTunes Match was in Beta. chances are it'll get ironed out in final release.BigNastyCurve said:iTunes Match "gathers information about my library" and then proceeds to skip past the part where it matches my songs against iTunes and then tells me I'm done. Zero songs are matched, and as a result I can't download anything on my phone. It also doesn't upload any of the unmatched songs, which is another problem.
This USED to work in beta 9, but in 10.5.1 beta 1 it's completely broken again.
That's what I'd like to know as wellBocoDragon said:How do I get recorded videos over to my PC? Can I expect them to be pushed through iCloud? Wifi sync?
