I'm considering either an iPhone or touch. Is there a place to compare the two directly to see what features are missing from one or better than the other?

Anyone who's upset at him for potentially inconveniencing or even stealing money from customers should drop him a line to let him know how you feel. And then we should contact Apple and ask them to remove the app from the store.

And I finally got my iphone. Took a while cause they don't sell them where I live (VI) and I bought it at the Apple store in Chicago (they had TONS in stock). This phone is pretty frickin sweet.
One problem: The damn thing crashes my XP desktop when I plug it in.
I checked online and it may be a problem with the photos on the iphone and the drivers for my imaging devices (Logitech camera or Samsung digital camera). That really sucks.

And I think you'll find if you read the last month in this thread that there's been lots of bitching from the apple "fanboys" about serious issues with the new firmware, 3rd party apps, etc. It's just MMS is an old gripe for a lot of people here so it's a little exasperating to see it brought up again.

What are you using? I made about 12 myself and they sound great. The only thing I would caution is to watch the volume. If the ringers are too loud, it will sound like crap. So as you make the ringtones, make sure you adjust the output volume.

Don't pump up the volume on whatever you're making it with. Stay around 50-75%, and then turn up the volume on the phone itself.dork said:
