People will argue over every game ever made. If no one has yet(which I doubt), someone will.. just to be the first. With that said, I think the real question should be what game do most people agree on the most? In recent memory I'd have to say Resident Evil 4. It's thread is one of the biggest in GA history and at least 90+% of it was highly positive. Most people will agree the game kicks some serious ass, has only a few flaws (controls, some crappy textures here and there etc..), and is possibly one of the BEST games this whole generation. I couldn't agree more.

That, my friends, is quite a feat here on Gaming Age. :lol

The hardcore RE freak would have a big problem w/ RE4's lack of puzzles, I think. And maybe even it's game flow using "chapters".

Only because the hardcore RE freak is WRONG. Seriously though, RE4 transcends the series' normal standards, and thank god for it because it needed a serious reboot. I think even an RE loyalist can appreciate the merits of the game as it stands on its own...or they can bump into each other in voice chat-muted frustration playing Outbreak.

Coming from Tomb Raider and Quake on 3dfx, Mario64 didn't wow me with its graphics in the least. The gameplay should have blown the former away, but instead was hampered by the difficulty of learning to use the analog stick (never perfected) and camera issues. It was entertaining, but all the previous Mario games had me floored upon release. 64 did not retain that magic for me!

Why are you guys even trying? BuddyC is right, everything is arguable. I can't believe anybody is even trying to prove him wrong. When you have a critical mind, and you want to be heard, you're going to argue. However this is fun to read anyway!

I've played Cosmic Race. And it is bad. I wanted to buy it because it was so bad, but someone beat me to it.
