We had 24 hour Walmarts. We had $1 McChickens. We had it all.
wendy's 99c double stack was the GOAT for meWe had 24 hour Walmarts. We had $1 McChickens. We had it all.
For me, it's the $1 McDouble and $1 small fry. $4 and you're getting elite bulking macros. 5 for $5 Arbys though? The everyday $1 cheddar melts? Kids don't know how easy it was to get fat. Now the food's even worse so you still get as fat without being able to afford to eat as much.wendy's 99c double stack was the GOAT for me
the old style one with thousand island, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions...

Needs a remake / sequel developers are dumb sometimesIts 2002. Eternal darkness is going to mess with your sleep.
Someone says we aren't going back as a slogan...
mcdouble was definitely the way to go.For me, it's the $1 McDouble and $1 small fry. $4 and you're getting elite bulking macros. 5 for $5 Arbys though? The everyday $1 cheddar melts? Nah 1970s. Born 78. Went from atari mostly static screen gaming with joysticks to a game pad and zapper. The original NES was the real deal. Smb/duck hunt, metroid, punch out, gold disk Zelda to name a few. Mario 3 release was wild.Nah bruh. 1985. You want to be around for when Super Mario World released.
Mcdouble small fry, and 4 peice nugs was like $4 3 to 4 years ago, now it's $4 for each. Inflation is insane.mcdouble was definitely the way to go.
double cheeseburger was ~$2 i think, and the only difference was one slice of cheese.
mcdouble is almost $4 by me now--kiss my ass mcdonalds. i wont forget this insult.
arbys was closed late night near me so i didnt go as much. cheddar melt like a small beef n cheddar? love those.
Wasn't but even still console makers would take loses on consoles and make the money back in software sales.how is it only $50 and it released the previous year
I had so many Genesis games I bought or bro's bought me, which I sold back to mom and pop video rental stores or flea market guys for $20 each.Ahah reminds me many memories, one of them being Atari Jaguar brand new at 15€/$ and me being "huh, who's dumb enough to buy that shit, it's worthless", now a Jaguar in box brand new, sell off on eBay for more than 1000€/$... But yeah I've sooo many many many more exemples like this.![]()
Don't know how it would work though they would have to do a lot of tweaking to make the sanity effects belivable again. When the game fucked with your tv the onscreen stuff matched most tvs of the era now tv sets dont look like that. Same with when it's pretending to delete your save file.Needs a remake / sequel developers are dumb sometimes
Honestly if I count how much games and consoles I sold for dirt cheap, and how much I could sell them now... I guess with that money I'd have enough to buy a little apartment in France. I'm not exaggerating the market for retro gaming in France, especially for PAL FR versions of games... It's pure insanity, I see everyday games I owned and sold for 10€ being sold for 1000/2000€... Makes me sad.I had so many Genesis games I bought or bro's bought me, which I sold back to mom and pop video rental stores or flea market guys for $20 each.
Who knew Truxton would even be worth money? MUSHA, Castlevania/Contra Hard Corps, PS4, Sagaia (MD), TF3
Had NES Tengen Tetris too. I dont think I had any valuable SNES games.
