I think reciprocation is important, but the two situations aren't really the same in terms of sexual dynamics. For a huge portion of women, a guy who won't perform oral means she's considerably less likely to achieve an orgasm, period. For a guy, it just means he'll only be achieving orgasm through penetrative sex (or other, non-BJ means). So while it sucks for both, it really sucks more for women in this scenario.

That being said, yeah, I think if a guy goes down on a lady, she ought to do the same for him, unless they've talked it out and the guy doesn't really care.

I read somewhere that there is a lot of bacteria down there. Plus urine come out of that spot. And babies. And an increased chance of cancers for men.

People like different things and like different things done to them. Not going down on someone is not a declaration of hate or lack of interest about the other person, it's just a preference.

Sex should be like many other things in life and not be about just the end of it, but we should enjoy the journey as much too.
