You might be onto something here. There have been times in the past when I've not wanted to ask a partner to please me that way because I felt like it was too demanding (which is entirely ridiculous as they've never had trouble demanding head). I wonder sometimes if women feel less entitled to pleasure this way, and of course there's embarrassment/body consciousness to consider on top of that.

Hopefully this is changing with times as our sex education and acceptance improves, but I could see it being the case.

I have issues with having fluids or mess on my face or hands; I can't eat things like chicken wings without standing by a sink to wash my face and hands repeatedly.

While I'm not diagnosed or anything I think the level of anxiety I feel when I have grease on my face is at least similar to OCD. I'm agitated and can't think of anything but my desire to be clean.

Anyways for whatever reason that anxiety completely disappears during sex for me. I can be covered in pussy juice without so much as a hint of anxiety.

Sex might just be he distraction you need to learn to cope with some of these feelings; either way good luck.
