Its been 30 minutes since I beat Ghost Recon: FS and the credits are still going

Talking about long endings, I remember recording the FFVI's one in a VHS, transferring the song to a cassette, and listening to it on my way to school, so good the MIDI was.

Well people being credited is a good thing and ubi includes everyone who worked on it no matter how small.

I don't think that's the problem, rather we are forced to watch them in order to get back to the title screen and save. At least with movies I can fast forward through them. I appreciate all the hard work developers put into games, but it's kind of unreasonable to expect someone to watch hundreds and hundreds of names slowly scrolling down the screen for a lengthy amount of time. I know some games let you skip them without consequences though. But if someone gonna force someone to look at credits at least have some cool music playing or something to do in the credits or something.

GUYS what if...

No, what if...

What if the credits... were a level itself? An additional level, integrate them within the game?

Make the player interact directly with a projection of the game staff, talking to them in-game, making the whole experience memorable and visceral.

I don't mind long credits. I don't skip them mainly out of tradition, but I rarely watch them either and only listen to the songs while doing something else.
