You are totally wrong, how about if you learn to use Google?
Jade Raymond herself said it publicly:

Mark Cerny and Hermen Hulst:

I don't find now the interview where Hermen did talk about it, as I remember it was in video or audio form.
Haven also wrote about this concept:

She in multiple interviews even after Google did shut down her team:
https://www.gamesindustry.biz/assas...ndness-introducing-jade-raymonds-haven-studio
She joined EA as senior vice president a couple years before releasing Star Wars Battlefront II, when it was already in the works (her studio was in charge of the single player part, DICE or Criterion were in charge of other parts).
In EA she became responsible for the franchise strategy of the Star Wars and Plants vs Zombies HD brands (not just Motive). So she was also responsible for the games for these IPs released (defining the strategy as executive, she wasn't there coding the games, drawing the art or documenting game design), even if not developed in her studio.
Meaning, in addition to lead Motive she also did things like removing the microtransactions of Battlefront II, support with Motive the understaffed and troubled Visceral's "Star Wars' Uncharted", greenlighting future Star Wars SP games with no microtransactions like Star Wars Squadrons (developed by Motive) or Star Wars Fallen Order etc. And well, and also Motive's non-Star Wars stuff, Dead Space remake and a cancelled new IP (now I don't remember if started production, as I remember wanted to pitch two but I assume at least one of them never was greenlighted).
Then in Stadia, as head of their first party games she publised Gylt, Outcasters, PixelJunk Raiders, Wavetale or Submerged: Hidden Depths.
There, in addition to scout and publish these externally developed games, started to build an internal AAA team and prepare the pitches, that basically just after Google did shut it down the Stadia 1st party games part, became -with a few extra hirings- Haven and pitched were offered to Sony, signing Fairgame$ with them 3 months after leaving Google.
These are publicly known that you can easily to find in places like her LinkedIn, Moby Games or related interviews and articles, that I won't link because I'm tired of wasting time with you.
I know Google may be difficult for some mentally challenged people, but I'd suggest you to try Google, it's very useful.
Go fuck yourself to cry somewhere else.
