Yes ZERO. And Barbosa's decent too. The Power of Nash is just too much to be without.

AstroLad said:Without Nash, Suns are a 4-6 seed (and only b/c of all the wins they already have) and a first round maybe (they're still a pretty good offensive team, just depends who they get matched up against).
Do you know how many points their bench had today? :lol :lol It's bad even for them. Take a look, anyone who hasn't yet.

Loki said:Yeah, I had a different post typed out but accidentally closed the window and had to start over. I mentioned that w/o Nash, they'd be headed for a first-round exit imo. Luckily, Nash will be around for the playoffs-- the question is just how much gas he'll have.
BatiGOOOOOOL said:The Rockets got lucky. Manu was set for a 30 points 2nd half explosion. ;-) Also, where the fuck was the bench?!?!?!?!?

Now we get to see if he is as good as some of us believe.

Why do we only talk about 8th seed playoff teams?
Cloudy said:ESPN's PRs are a joke. Spurs lose to Utah and Houston and move to #1? Sonics who're 2-0 vs. the Spurs are #2 cos they split with the Clipps? (4-1 for the week with Lewis out and same overall loss record as Spurs)
Don't even get me started on the Lakers dropping one spot after going 3-1 for the week![]()

Crazy how a team can just fall apart like this with the loss of one player. Detroit's owning them lol.

and as soon as the suns got compared to the bulls they started falling....coincidence? i think not. DM knows the score

Yao is not The Answer
3 NBA Storylines 2 Follow
Houston, we have a problem!
Yao Ming should NOT be the focal point of Houston's offense. Not now at least. As a disgruntled fantasy league owner who foolishly drafted Yao in the 2'nd round over Amare "Man-child" Stoudemire, I am sick with regret. Yao is a tremendous talent and a cultural phenomenon no doubt. But I'm sorry- if you're standing 7 feet 99 above all other competition, I expect better than 28th in the league for offensive rebounds. Basketball is a rhythm sport... shake, rock, pop, count it... And it is quite obvious to me at least, Yao has no rhythm whatsoever. Somebody take this man to a nightclub. Pop a bottle. Bump some Ludacris in his car, please! Or better yet, sign him up for Debbie Allen's Dance Academy. Get his feet right for crying out loud. All that bowing and politeness and reluctance to knock a brotha in the head has got no place in the NBA. Either address the problem or face the facts, Van Gundy. Confucious say he be Rik Smits and nothing more.
