Brock main evented PPVs before he main evented mania and he was working with one of the best of all time in Angle.

Except in this case it does. You can't say that the Bryan support or the booing of Reigns is simply "the smarks aren't happy". Last year showed that isn't the case. There were a lot of fans that booed what WWE was presenting last year, and to write it all off as "oh that's just the smarks", makes you no less ignorant than Vince and company.
