Funny when NXT marks hyped up the debuts of Bo Dallas and Adam Rose but not Rusev. Moral of the story is not to listen to nxt marks.

People only started to give a shit about Rusev after his second match with Swagger where he got put into the Patriot Lock before the match began and sold it like death through the whole match.

Can't say anything about him in NXT having not seen it, but before that point in his WWE career he just worked ho hum squashes and some decent but not noteworthy bouts with Big E iirc.

The commentaries are amazing. I think in the first one even the director eventually gave up trying to do a serious discussion with them and actually joined in on making fun of it. I think Stephenie was the only one who thought it wasn't shit at any point. They made it no secret that they took the roles entirely for money (smart considering it was the lead roles in a then-4 movie adaptation, but lol then they got a fifth).

John Cena has personality and can speak well. He's leagues better than Roman Reigns in that regard.

I don't know if you can make stars in WWE. Randy Boreton says you can't, despite repeated efforts. Maybe Reigns will be the great exception.

99% of the bile that comes out of Michael Cole's mouth makes me want to say "screw you Michael Cole". That has always been the case regardless of whether he's been a face, a heel, a shill or whatever.

I recall having some fondness towards the man in another lifetime when I was sick of Jerry and Cole was actually trying to call matches alongside Tazz in Smackdown... but that was like the only time.

And the thing is, I think he's absolutely perfect for his current role and that nobody could do it better. I just think the role sucks.
