Have you heard the new one? I still need to listen to this.

The fact that Mama's Gun, with songs like 'Green Eyes', 'Booty', 'Kiss Me on my Neck' was slept on and not promoted reminds me of the shitty nature of the business. How the fuck do they not promote that album after her first album? I don't give a shit about record companies when they constantly screw over their fans and artists. Everybody is screwing over everybody and that's my reasoning for d/l music still (but just leeching). It's a retarded excuse but fuck it. Fuck high concert ticket prices. Fuck shitty albums. And Mama's Gun was a great album. I'm glad to have picked it up./rant

BTW, Illy Jilly from Philly is nice. I haven't heard her new album but like the singles. Maybe...but I've already picked up Alicia Keys this year and that might be enough R&B.

I wasn't amped on Golden (The single track) but it was good, but her CD is great. Rasool is a pretty good track as well, though I wish she'd flesh out the song lyrically and vocally a bit more. Some of the breaks in these songs are incredible.
