That episode was stellar, I wasn't sure how well I Am An Alien and Highway Star would flow into each other but it worked fine. Glad we managed to get DAGA KOTOWARU in this episode. The next episode will probably be the deciding factor on where this places on my AOTY, the Highway Star fight proper is top tier A+ material.

I really liked the small changes made to the OP, it looks even better now. The song is starting to grow on me, too.

The only thing that disappointed me was that the scene where Rohan is about to bite into the dice was removed. The "I refuse!" scene was perfect, the color shift was great.

I guess it was just for a scene transition then. I'm pretty sure the "to be continued" arrow was in the manga too, in the first chapter of Highway Star, but not using that as a bumper is sort of weird.
