Upon hearing the news, Cormier briefly spoke to MMAFighting.com exclusively about the news:

“It's hard to find words to describe how I'm feeling right now,” Cormier said. “I'm disappointed to hear the news. It's very emotional.

“We as athletes are entitled to due process, and I will refrain from saying much more until I know exactly what happened.

“In my mind, on July 29, I competed and I lost. I thought Jon Jones was the better man that day. I don't know what to think anymore. I can’t believe we are going through all of this again. We will see what happens next.

Not sure if this was already answered, what happens to gamblers wins? Obviously the winner changed because the guy was now disqualified, so what happens to the winnings from the event?

It is ruled a no contest. No contests go to the bookies in my experience.

Edit: Obviously JOnes bets aren't getting their money taken, but Cormier betters aren't getting anything.

A lot of guys using. But Jones became insanely ripped. But with the increased testing, he looked much softer for DC/Jones 1 and against Ovince.

He tried once to blame Cialis or dick pills which makes no sense for a 28 year old guy in peak physical performance. Now it is a conspiracy and someone set him up? He knows he fucked up again.

Look I think even Conor is using. Look at his musculature increase coupled with his hair loss. Some guys are smarter and get away with it. But USADA and UFC new testing means a lot of people who were under the radar are getting popped.

Sorry, but calling a grown ass man a kid is a pet peeve of mine.

As Greg Jackson once eloquently said when asked - after one of Jones' many fuck ups - "why don't you talk to the kid, guide him, talk some sense into him?", Jon Jones is a grown ass [motherfucking] man. He ain't no kid. He is a grown ass man."

He is responsible for his actions, and that includes what he is taking into his a body. A kid is someone like Greco Roman junior world champion Kamal Bey, a 19 year old ridiculously raw talented world champion in a sport the US doesn't even have the infrastructure for. That's someone who needs to be guided and talked to. I would even say JJ was a kid that needed guidance when he first came into the UFC and won the championship at 23. He's not a kid now and he wasn't a kid 2, 3 years ago either. That's like saying Ryan Lochte was a kid when he made shit up about being jacked at gunpoint in Rio.

I don't even understand how this is possible. You have to cycle this shit for months then put off of it. All of which are easily detectable by urinalysis and blood tests. A dude like him, who can't be trusted based on his past, should be tested often. I mean if this is true, this is a serious infraction on the UFC. Considering how poorly they handled the obvious concussion Cormier had. This kind of shit can not ever happen!

Doesn't look like he does.

I do believe he should be banned.

He's a disgrace. I'm looking for him to be a role model or anything. Just a good man that takes responsibility for his actions.
