Why am I the only person talking about how good Dalton Castle is? Seriously, WrassleGAF, you're slipping. Dude's got IT. The look, the charisma, the ability. He's deceptively strong, as well. The match with Liger was his coming-out party as a character, but the match with Cole last night was his coming-out party as a wrestler and he totally delivered. I'd say he's just about my favourite guy to watch in ROH at present, his impending feud with Silas Young should be great fun as well. There's another guy who's impressed recently, it's taken a while for Silas but everything's clicking now. Very happy he changed his dogshit finisher.

I like everything i've seen of him, I gotta check out the Cole and Liger matches. Glad to hear that Silas is coming together as well, because i've always liked the idea of this guy's character more than what we actually get

Dalton Castle is a walking gif reel. He's incredible, and I've definitely been on Team Castle since Day 1. My first exposure to him was seeing him live as Smooth Sailing Ashley Remington at a Chikara show, and he had "it" there as well.

Some random commentary after reading this thread a bit today.

-Kevin Owens is great. It's a shame he'll likely be booked like any other mid-card guy moving forward after losing the Cena feud.

-I need to watch the CM Punk interview.

-Wrestling fans body shaming is as bad as wrestling fans calling female wrestlers "ugly" or talking about their sex lives. Get a life, guys.

Wrestling is a body business. He's not strong fat like Vader, he's not super fat like Yoko, he just has a fucking beer belly (which, in my mind, Vince slaps every time he walks past him, just to make it jiggle).

But he's a really good wrestler and that makes him a good upper midcard guy in my opinion

Owen has friends in high places , he should be more than a midcard guy and completely agree with the fat shaming stuff, it was funny the first day but now it just old and adds nothing

I'm fine with Eva. I compared her to Eve just the other day, how Eve was talentless and couldn't wrestle or speak to save her life. She also didn't seem to care about wrestling, which is where a lot of the (s)mark criticism comes from. Because she doesn't love "the business". That she's just another talent lacking model, taking a spot from a talented woman who genuinely loves wrestling.

But Eve improved a lot and I was sad to see her leave because she had improved so much and it seemed just when she was getting comfortable, she was out the door.

I dunno, I like passion, and I like seeing someone care about what they're doing. Someone like Charlotte, Shasha or Bailey for example. Eva is still untested and has a long ways to go, and I hope she improves and grows her love for doing what she does.

The way I see it, she'll end up like Eve or Kelly Kelly.

Candice Michelle was a model/softcore porn girl turned wrestler and she got a lot better as she went. Fans said the same regarding her. Injuries just derailed her career short.

I think my main issue with it is that people are dismissing her before she can even show some improvement. I'm not saying that every new wrestler with whatever amount of training/experience they have should be embraced by fans right away; they should prove that they deserve to be there. The students, unfortunately, are making it a lot tougher on her to want to continue doing this but I think she'll persevere in the end and become her own version of Eve/Kelly/Alicia as well.

She's not the only one to get those chants. Guys like Big Show and John Cena have put up with them in the past.

I watched the WWE Beast In the East show (finally) and loved everything about it. Great crowd, a ton of effort by all involved making for an entertaining show and the commentary was the best it's ever been in a post Jim Ross WWE world.

Also the Dunn-less production style was nice to see too. More Network specials please.
