I enjoyed the crap out of Money in the Bank. Partially because it had a couple of rad matches, partially because I was playing Mother at the time.

I liked Jurassic World. I don't get how anyone could think it was "terrible."

It's fun but it has a lot of things that make you scratch your head. Like
why does everybody seemingly just stop what they're doing and sit on the street instead of going back to their safe hotel rooms after part of the island is closed off? Oh, just to become fodder for Pteranadons who all inexplicably fly towards the people

Nu Raider bores me. I don't really want to protect Lara.

It really felt like an Uncharted knockoff without any of the charm

Like last year, Cuphead is the most interesting thing at the conference so far to me.

I guess the Rare thing is cool, but I'm not buying a new console for that.

Does it include Battletoads & Double Dragon?

Yes for battletoads, doesn't look like the sequel is there. I think that's considered a DD game.

1. Jetpac (released in 1983, 1-2 players) – Single-screen shooter where Jetman must reassemble and fuel his rocket while fending off alien hordes.

2. Atic Atac (released in 1983, 1 player) – Top-down adventure with increased replayability thanks to randomized object locations and three different character classes.

Wasn't the hotel separate from the park? I remember them having to take some sort of transport just to get there from the hotel.

Arguably that's FF VII. Both came out in 1997, both are still main eventing in 2015.

Even when it was popular you were kind of like 'eh this is kind of lame but ok i guess it's new,' never improved too much just pretty ok, keeps sticking around long after the luster has worn off and doesn't really look to want to do anything different.

If Gears goes back to being more of a tense thriller/horror game like the first one was kind of meant to be, I'd be on board

Eeeh, even back then when it was new and fresh it was still brotastic as fuck and not ever tense. Shoot brown things in brown areas, stop red stuff from covering your screen.
