I wish Sheamus would fight like Aja Kong. Every week he talks about kicking people in the face. That's how you fucking kick people in the face.
he looks so not hogan
he needs his headband and longer back hair extensions.
It's like batman without ears or a cape
Do you know of any other truly bald people or celebrities that has back hair extensions, he's a pioneer.
How will we see 2014 when we look back on it 10 years from now? Will people even talk about it and have the stomach to watch 2.5-hour Raws when you cut out the commercials?
I don't think I'll ever forget my deep burning hatred for Cena.
Cena will be presented as the Bruno of his day. Anyways, it doesn't really matter to me how the average fan will regard this era - people still rave about the Attitude Era and wistfully dream about how much better it'd be if things were like that now. That's the great thing about the network, it gives everyone easy access to the stuff they loved in the past, but free of the rose-tint of memory.
GOOD MORNING! Starting my day off with this. Gonna make myself some breakfast and watch it in the kitchen 'n around the house.
A 60-minute women's match, Wrassle-GAF?
I still get the spine tingle feeling of Mick Foley winning his first WWF title , every single time i watch it, as i did 15 years ago.
I still get the same feeling from the following week's RAW where Austin made Vince lose the #30 spot at the rumble to Chyna :-D.
Just watched the little Batista documentary and is hard not to feel sorry for the guy. He was clearly self-conscious about coming back and he was greeted in the worst way possible.
On the other hand, it was pretty obvious what the people wanted and they all pretended like that was nothing and almost went on with the original plan.
I hope one day they do a documentary about the whole build up to Mania. Everything out in the open. It's one of the most interesting build ups I can think off and it would be cool to see how it all went backstage.

I've felt bad for him since he got a poor-ass reception - and it wasn't anything he did. It was just people being psyched for something completely different. Totally a victim of circumstance - had he shown up now, for instance, things may have been different - or a year ago. Who knows. Worst timing, and WWE being out of touch and not adjusting for that was a shame.
That's why I liked that NXT clip. He still obviously knows how to work a crowd when he is given the freedom to do so. I think a lot of the fans still felt kind of burnt by how shitty the Rock's run last year was and thought it would just be more of the same.
He didn't do himself any favours by being in such bad ring shape when he got back, though.

Oh, don't get me wrong, there's a ton of great moments and a bunch of reasons as to why then was better than now, but looking at the whole thing with the benefit of hindsight also shows how much crap there was in between those great moments.

We'll catch a glimpse of this in the Self-Destruction of CM Punk DVD.
Glad you liked the match Alucard, Toyota was just immense for much of the 90s and AJW did drama so well. It helped that the crowds were awesome, too. Definitely check out the hair vs hair match she had against Yamada, probably Manami's most famous moment.
Just had a British Bulldog level of bizarre dream.
I'm in Vegas in what seems to be the future. My room is near the top of the hotel. The person in my room with me? Julia Roberts. And as I'm standing, staring out the window, I see a giant mecha fly by that shatters all the windows of the buildings around. And then I see a missile barely missing a building. I'm asking Julia about this, because they government said they'd never build a mecha that big. She's at a loss for words. Then she vanishes. I decide it is time for me to head back home. As I'm getting my stuff ready, a girl I used to bone shows up with her kid and take over my room because it is easier for them since school starts soon. I'm really not cool with it, but let it slide since I'm GTFO anyway. I get all my stuff ready and head down stairs to the casino. I run into Bateaster (2008-2010 version) who is eating a big bowl of cereal at a signing table. Then I go find my bros, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns, who are drunk at a bar with some scrawny punk. I tell them it is time to go home. They get up and Dean lets out a loud JEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZUSSSSSSSSSS on the floor of casino. The whole time I'm worried about what is going to happen since I couldn't find my room key to check out and about if I'm going to have to take that scrawny dude home.
If you actually dreamt this...I'm jealous.
Is it wrong that when I learned the due date of my sister/brother in law's baby is near the Royal Rumble, that the first thing I thought was "if that baby is born that weekend, I gotta figure out how to get back home in time to watch the Royal Rumble"?

Yes.
Go home and be a family man.
Also dubya dubya Wii network. Just go into media blackout and watch as soon as you get home.
You don't understand. Every year I host a RR party, and we play the RR Game. If 6 people show up, we all draw 5 numbers. You're number represents the same entry into the Rumble. If your guy wins, you win a prize. It's so much fun.
I didn't remember Vince McMahon being so bad on commentary. At one time, he called an inverted atomic drop a reverse piledrive [sic]. Also notable, I couldn't even appreciate the hot crowd because of the constant airhorn thing. Jeeesus.
Anyway, I have many complaints about this PPV, but I'm too depressed go over them, what with 1992 falling apart before my very eyes and all.
I told you to enjoy it while you could. Halloween Havoc is okay, but if you gave GAB a C+, I fear for it. And Starrcade is another Battle Bowl/Lethal Lottery. Survivor Series has Bret vs HBK and Razor/Flair vs Savage/Warrior at least.
What's a good website to store animated gifs and images?
I've downloaded winrar and gifcam, and I'd like to start making some gifs for Wrassle-GAF.
www.imagebam.com - minus has been showing a lot of 'traffic limit' warnings on old gifs lately.
