That is what I originally thought but Mio is with rest of them as they approach her. My second theory is Mio is having a trippy dream and the girl inside the cake is Mio's future self.

Doesn't hurt to ask. Depends on your local post office. Do you know the number to the one that handles your route?

Might be able to find it by looking up your address, then calling a local post office and asking them to transfer you to the correct one if it is not them. Just have your address handy.
