A lot of you lack knowledge in makeup too.

There a lot of different things that it can do, and create for you. There are methods to make breasts look bigger, make noses appear smaller, and make acne invisible. There are also certain styles of applying makeup.

For example, Suzy usually uses light makeup look to appear as if it were natural. To keep it simple but not too noticeable. Younger girls have a tendency to use this type because it makes them look like the right age (young).

Whereas somebody like Jessica, would put more makeup on; not that she has anymore things to cover up, but to look more mature, with an emphasis on being a lady.

Makeup can make a girl look completely different depending on the way its applied. In fact, whenever I see my Mother, Aunts, and Cousins without makeup, they look atrocious.

Want to see the power of make up?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqlOG8fR7KQ this girl is pretty cute without makeup anyway
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex33wtqnNz8 dayum is all I can say about this one

Yep, it's the reason why idols look terrible without any makeup on. Although being slaved and deprived of sleep doesn't really help it anyway.

first the ice skating, now this.

Seriously. I guess the surgery theorists haven't maintained relationships with women well enough to know how the process from 15 to 25 usually goes?

No, but I have functional eyes. If you want to explain to me how Sooyoung's face changed entirely in the 3 or 4 months between Run Devil Run(March 2010) and their Japanese debut(June/July 2010), go ahead. I shouldn't need to post pics since it's impossible to miss.

Tiffany is the same. radical changes in a short period of time.
if you think she actually is that prone to sprained ankles you're being naive.

You do need to post decisive pics, especially if it's "impossible to miss". That's what people said about Sica and I proved them wrong. Ball's in your court.

I don't like surgery (if it's not really necessary), I don't like too much makeup, I don't like photoshop, let me see who you really are and how do you really look. Apparently the new law about MV will start on the 18 of august.

lol. never done any physical activity in your life then ?

Anyone with any background knows once you roll an ankle it takes a year or more to properly heal. and that it us incredibly easy to keep re injuring it.

no offense meant. your post is flawed by lack of real world experience.

Check this out

Wasn't her that in some backstage footage/news she was seen tripping and falling from some stairs? Or it was someone else?

Edit: is this becoming a AKP forum thread?

close. we have people guaranteeing a doctors opinion on a topic based on 1 photo. and tons of stupid foundless accusations.

Ahh the yearly SNSD is plastic topic, where video game nerds become expert plastic surgeons just from pictures on the internets.

"I've investigated this closely and because they don't look the same from ITNW, plastic surgery because my eyes says so!"

Anyways lately I've been watching old school XMAN Dangyunhaji clips. The object of the game is to say something to your opponent that makes them not able to say "dangyunhaji" (of course) back, either by insulting or a mushy romance line. Some scandal love lines came out of this like Jong Kook and Yoon Eun Hye.

Running Man fans will probably like these.

This is the most famous one and what they always tease Jong Kook about in RM.

I've done the ligaments in my right ankle playing indoor cricket, so I know all about healing times.

Lol. That was great. I didn't completely get the context but the lines were still good. But I kept thinking both of those guys should have been after the girl in the pink standing next to Eun Hye or the girl in the green that they cut to every once in a while.

They are singing and dancing...in heels. Do that on a sprained ankle.

Lee Jin (especially from Xman) was my first kpop crush!

Lee Jin is awesome, her stiff character is so cute. The best episode of Heroes was when they were doing team jump-rope and she was the "skipping queen" back in school but she kept failing.

Yeah I don't get the Yoon Eun Hye love. I saw her on Happy Together and everyone picked her looking the best, but she was sitting right next to Park Han Byul so I was like...wut?

She just turned 16 a few weeks ago, yeah. And she was 14 for a good chunk of season 1.

I actually haven't seen season 1 yet since I haven't been able to find english subs until recently so that's on the backburner right now.

Pedo-Gaf alert.

Lol she looks like she's 20...

tumblr_m8hrzvFQA21rd3i9wo1_500.png

Heck, she looks like she's older than everyone in A-Pink, except Chorong. Chris Hansen is probably gonna show up at my door after this post, but she is damn pretty.

Btw, the sprained ankle thing, I sprain my a couple of times a year and while the recovery time for walking and running is short, usually about 2 days really, doing other shit isn't. Try doing something like this a week after you sprained you're ankle. It'll be a serious miracle if you don't sprain it again.

so you haven't watched any snsd videos then ?

they train for weeks / months leading up to a song release. then do a bunch of filming. in heels. then do a bunch of concerts. in heels. its a minor miracle if these girls don't have ankle and back problems for the rest of their lives.

High heels kills it. During Oh! promotions they were delightful for using sneakers. Just google about high heels, feet, ankle.

How to sprain your ankle

1.) Find a table, normal dinner table height, and put it on a wide open carpeted space. Get a bunch of pillows and blankets, and pack them all around the table, so when you jump your feet will land on the carpet and when you fall in response you will land on pillows.

2.) Get a pair of high heels, 3-4 inches at least. They should fit not all that well, a little too big but not so big they fall off when you walk. Get a small piece of wood and nail or glue it to the bottom of one of the heels. The wood should be about an inch tall / thick, and not quite as wide as the heel. Put the wood on the inside edge, not the outside, so your ankle will turn inwards.

3.) Get on the table, facing where the pillows are. Do a few practice jumps first so you know how to jump so your feet hit ground instead of pillows. Then, put on the high heels.

4.) Jump with one foot (the one with the wood nailed to it). Let your ankle tighten up a little so the ligaments will snap instead of only stretch a little as it would if your foot muscles were loose.

Girls’ Generation to Release New Japanese Single and Complete Video Collection
Girls’ Generation will be releasing a Japanese single, featuring two new songs, on September 26th. The title of the single has not yet been determined. The regular edition will cost 1,260 yen while the limited first edition, which includes a sticker and a DVD with a music video, will cost 1,890 yen.

Girls’ Generation’s complete video collection will also be released on September 26th in both Blu-Ray and DVD formats, and both formats will come in limited and regular editions. Both the Blu-Ray and DVD limited editions of the video collection will contain an extra disc with a one-hour interview of Girls’ Generation. In both editions, the video collection contains all Korean and Japanese releases by Girls’ Generation. There will also be an English version of “The Boys” and re-edits of “MR. TAXI”, “The Great Escape”, and “Gee” from Girls’ Generation’s First Japan Tour. If you pre-order the video collection, a poster will also be included.

Will keep an eye on this one.
I wonder how the older MVs will look on bluray.

Someone mentioned Answer to 1997 in this thread so I went and watched it... Didn't like it at all. I mean, the pilot doesn't make clear what this show is about. The characters lack charisma, the show lacks humor, there are 0 jokes, characters screams all the time... ugh. 42 minutes about teenage girl screaming because of a K-pop boyband.

K-dramas are usually pretty bad (Japanese ones are much better), but after watching The King 2 Hearts I thought I could give dorama a second chance.

Any recommendations about sad/thoughtful doramas?

Also, question for native english speakers...

Often I see "twat" meaning something (that I think it is) like "dorky", "goofy", "pathetic", "stupid", etc.

But I also see people saying that it is a bad word for women... similar to bitch and c***t.

Whose description is accurate?

I know all about how they operate. I've been in infatuated with them since 2008.
it's more than coincidence that after any idol has some kind of spell out of the spotlight they come back looking different.
given the fact that Korea has the highest rate of plastic surgery in the world and that they work in show business just makes it all the more likely that they have

except a lot of idols debut in their teens. have vastly different makeup concepts bettween releases. body weight fluctuations. hair styles.

they're young girls. their look isn't static.

japanese drama = do-ra-ma
korean drama = kdrama

maybe its not translating well, but you say you do not like reply 1997 because it lacks humor, yet you want recommendations on sad/thoughtful dramas? ill just recommend both for you.

if you want sad/thoughtful, i can vouch for:
49 days
1000 days promise
green rose
city hunter (although there are cheesy parts, its more action than romcom)

and if you havent seen em, these doramas:
last christmas
grand tribe (so serious)

if you want a more "light" experience, check out these kdramas:
dream high 1
greatest love
my girlfriend is a gumiho
my girl
you are beautiful
secret garden

also these kimutaku dramas are legit
pride
good luck
