Hi! A little tip for the gifs, when you are in Gimp, change the color mode in indexed mode and select “Floyd-Steinberg (normal)” dithering. The majority of time it makes a better gif.

It got played off as him congratulating them on how hard they had worked to make a go of it as a group, but I don't know.

Well, not that really is the case with Shindong since he joined Super Junior a year (or less) before their debut, but it's seems to me that this is a really good thing in the end, a lot of these guys have worked hard for a lot of time, it's really a good messagge that if you really have a passion for what you do and if you work really hard you can be succesfull even if maybe you aren't that talented. I think at the end it was a good choise for SM, looking at all the money they have done thanks to them.
