Not everyone's interested in playing a horror game for the claustrophobics aka bloodborne. But I definitely suggest keeping the ps4 while buying a wiiu since there are a decent amount of good games coming for both.

I don't think it's very wise to sell systems. If I buy a console, I'm sticking to it. So I don't believe you should sell your PS4. Bloodborne could be the next Dark Souls 1. Do you really want to miss out?

To be fair, that seems to be the only hyped game for PS4. It's like Wii U only having Splatoon despite Kirby, Mario Maker, etc also being released.

Why don't you try to return the high end rig instead of scraping together a few peanuts by selling a console? You could mention the reasons for your financial difficulties in the opening post so that you don't come across as the typical irresponsible consumer who buys things they can't afford.
The point still stands, don't buy and resell consoles if you are having financial difficulties. If you are truly in a bind, get rid of the PS4, but don't go out there and buy a WiiU. That is just dumb.

Not a bad idea...if OP is in that much of a limited budget, best to just sell the PS4 and not buy anything besides budget titles on PC.
This is so true. When I was a kid I repeatedly swapped between Game Boy Advance, PSP, Gameboy Advance SP, PSP, DS, PSP.. I lost count how many times I swapped. I was young and silly and probably lost hundreds of pounds that would have been birthday/christmas money at the time.
Unless you are desperate for the Wii U line up, I'd say wait and save a little so you have both. But I do highly recommend the Wii U catalogue

Not true. I Don't really care for most of Sony's first party stuff, but they actually get substantial third party support.

Keep the PS4 as it is just beginning to come into its own and start saving up for the WiiU so you will have money to buy this summer just before Xenoblade. Zelda and Splatoon get released.

More than half the games coming out that are Playstation or console exclusive are from third parties. With a huge amount of first games too.
I just personally find having a PC and a PS4 redundant, hence why my desire to get a PC is limited only toward a few certain games i want to play in higher quality.

I'm sorry to break the news but console exclusives is not a thing outside of the usual PR fanfare GAF likes to eat up. Especially not in a thread where OP asks advice and has a more powerful PC than PS4 anyway.

That's entirely personal and I had (have) my reasons to avoid talking about it. And believe me, I really don't care about what someone thinks about me outside the scope of my questions, especially on an Internet forum.
I'm not reselling consoles ad infinitum. The Wii U was almost a gift. But I miss it, and my PS4 has been collecting dust lately, so the whole thread point circles around this.
But thanks for the answers everyone, will probably keep the PS4.

That too, ps4 might have a drop too though, and the wiiu will have significantly less chance of a hardware revision. And IMO the current ps4 form is a bit too big.
I really detest even veering close to "list wars", but what I personally have my eye on off the top of my head:

Your right...Nintendo has been recycling the same concepts they have been for the past 30 years or so. But that doesn't mean they arent very amazing experiences that everyone should play. Indeed, i'd say NOJ has the midas touch in gaming.
I may not care so much about owning the games or the Wii U(on a set of scales i had to prioritize, and i chose PS4), but i will say that Nintendo can bring the quality.

Haha....this may be the first time I have ever heard someone say this. Not that you can't feel this way, but I just find the PS4 to be crazy small for what it is.
It has hardly anything to do with that. It has everything to do with you putting words into my mouth.
No, there's other stuff like Until Dawn, Tearaway Unfolded, Rime, Salt & Sanctuary, Axiom Verge, etc. Plus expect a ton of localization announcements, like we just saw with Toukiden.
And it might not be. If it's good I'll get it when the PC port happens or when the PS4 is at bargain bin price levels, whichever happens first.
I'm patient.

No one gets mad over the recommendations as long as the reasoning is sound and based on the OP's best interests, and not the poster's own personal preference.
Good recommendation:
"OP your PC will play ~ 75-80% of the titles released on PS4 in 2015, if you really don't think you'll use it then get a WiiU"
Bad recommendation:
"PS4 has hardly any good exclusives coming, sell it"
