It's ok, most of the world isn't aware of Korean bbq either. Hopefully its the next asian food fad after sushi, sriracha and pho.The fact that they had to ask what chorizo was makes me weep for the rest of the world for missing out on greatness.

Was that a Blood in Blood Out reference in the beginning?
It's actually a genetic thing in Asia, people generally have fewer heat/pain receptors so it takes more to get the same effect for them.Cool that they like spicy stuff. Out of country restaurants usually keep the salsa on low because the majority of people can't handle it, go to places in Mexico though and they'll light you up. Kind of a shame since the girl totally wanted something more spicy and I'm sure they just gave them weak salsa in terms of spicyness.
Hey they forgot Tamales de dulce, gorditas, tortas :v there's too much Mexican food so I can understand.
Also tongue is great, and steak mixed with intestine tacos are god tier.
^^^ Pozole is he best too, but I prefer it blanco and batido.
That's crazy, they should totally go to Mexico then. They have some damn good salsa that's super spicy too. A lot of Mexicans say they can't even enjoy a meal without it being spicy. Although I think it depends on which region they're from. Central Mexico is pretty big on spicy stuff from my experience. It's actually a genetic thing in Asia, people generally have fewer heat/pain receptors so it takes more to get the same effect for them.
Sorry no tortilla...Was that a Blood in Blood Out reference in the beginning?
Is the Mexican Salsa Verde the same as the Italian one? Aka parsley, vinegar, capers, garlic, onion, anchovies, olive oil?
Sounds like Federal Way.
I need some spicy Korean dish recommendations cos I cook my own Mexican variations and they spicy as hell. Sans menudo cos that takes more prep time.
