Some of the best shit ever. Also, for mexican this doesnt strike me authentic enough. Not enough salsa, the little cups are everything.

Damn I ate my dinner not so long ago and now I'm hungry again haha I'm very surprised to see that they liked the Mexican food that's nice but HEY Lengua tacos are amazing but yeah not everyone likes them, of course that there are still a lot of dishes left but they picked a nice selection (where is the Barbacoa tho) and the food looked good

¡Como Mexicano en NeoGAF Yo apruebo esto!

The only Korean girl I've gotten to try authentic Mexican food hated cilantro and couldn't handle the spicy stuff, convinced that it was somehow fundamentally different from Korean food spiciness. She liked it otherwise.

They should've given them quesadillas, or somehow get some mole!

Tongue is good, as is menudo, but tacos de cabeza and posole are king.

i prefer head and beef lip tacos over tongue. although i can't really eat it these days since it upsets my stomach. greasy foods in general gives me problems these days. :( i was hoping they would try other stuff like cochinita pipil and mole.

I was waiting for mole myself.

Mexican food is pure dog shit. If any of you order some authentic Mexican food, give it to me, I'll dispose of it for you.

I will keep that in mind should the problem ever arise. It won't though because I'll never eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant.

It's ok, most of the world isn't aware of Korean bbq either. Hopefully its the next asian food fad after sushi, sriracha and pho.

Theres a bunch of Korean BBQ places in my pretty small city so i think it's already happened

What the fuck no Tacos Al Pastore?

No Tamales?

Pork green chile?

Fuck off man that shit is criminal to not have.

Yeah they definitely had tamales. Al pastor is the shit though.

I thought green chile was more of a 'new mexican' thing.

Also loved la chancla at the end lol

Production on this video was a damn mess tho. All kind of shits popping in from the side but I can barely keep up with the subtitles because they're cutting so tight what the heck is going on Korean Girls, y'all need to chill out a bit. Slow your rolls.

I made pozole last weekend. I have a can of hominy left over, maybe I will try my hand at making menudo. I fucken love menudo.

like the video said, mexican food being awesome is kind of a universal truth :)

you guys like too much cilantro for my taste though

One thing that USA almost never get right when it comes to Mexican food is that it must be customizable. I'n Mexico, you don't get a taco or pozole with everything on it, you get your tortilla filled with meat and your plate with the basic ingredients of the soup. On the table there at least three variables of sauces, along with plates filled with chopped onion, cilantro, radish, oregano, maybe pineapple and other fruits and vegetables, and LOTS of lime. Is up to personal preference to chose how much of everything (if anything) of each add-on do you want.

Many Mexicans don't like cilantro, onions or, gasp, chile. :P Lack of customization is probably the reason why burritos are still a fringe in central and southern Mexico.

That's crazy, they should totally go to Mexico then. They have some damn good salsa that's super spicy too. A lot of Mexicans say they can't even enjoy a meal without it being spicy. Although I think it depends on which region they're from. Central Mexico is pretty big on spicy stuff from my experience.

Never had anything mexican that's as spicy as

especially with double packs of the hot sauce

I grew up in El Paso/Juarez - menudo always had pozole (hominy) in it...

Is that just an El Paso/Juarez thing?

Also - if you've never made the pilgrimage to Chico's Tacos - it's worth it

That ramen is quite tasty, I need to get some. My local place has a marinated onion habanero and other pepper mixture that is significantly spicier than that ramen. And their hot sauce is even hotter. But most other places in town do not have the same spice level at all so I guess it depends on the area their cuisine is from.

If they ain't eating buche, they're missing out.

Also, Tacos al pastor, torta de carnitas, tamales de Puerco (red sauce), chile verde pork... all amazing.

Don't get me started on ceviche, coctel de camaron, and camarones a la diabla.

I won't even speak of the amazingness that is chilaquiles with queso fresco.
