Don't get me started on ceviche, coctel de camaron, and camarones a la diabla.

I won't even speak of the amazingness that is chilaquiles with queso fresco.

Siiiiiii all of this <3 <3 Coctel de camaron is my favorite meal ever! Especially during summer. So damn refreshing with tons of avocado.

I'm Mexican and my mom pretty much never made anything involving Tripas or Tongue.

I guess they assume just because you are from Mexico you have to love it but nope. Not true.

No one in my family ever really eats it. Mom, Dad, Sister, Cousins, Uncles, etc. I have never been to a single Gathering/Carne Asada where this was made or consumed.

Yeah, they usually make a mexican style cabbage slaw to go along with it. It's great for when they were enojados while cooking and they ended up too spicy.
