Ekko having true damage components, Fizz having % HP components are indeed problematic.

Irelia is one of those trouble characters

Farm up to sheen, let her touch you a bit so that your minions aggro her and get killed faster, once you get sheen Wither will destroy her.

getting stuck in a ghost game is the worst.

IIRC there's a max two hour timer length on a game. It should hopefully be gone either two hours before you started your last game or two hours after you ended your last game.

Nah ekko is definitely unique in the assassin building tanky category. Akali and fizz have just as much durability, base damage, and mobility as him, but ekko has actual cc and can actually function as a tank which is why riot can never allow it

Just semantics but idk why everyone is calling it tank meta. Tanky junglers are relatively shit right now. Tanky tops are annoying because of how versatile they are due to itemization. Kindred and Nidalee are the power picks in the jungle and they dictate the pace of the game far more than any top laner. There are like 3-4 problematic tanks in the game and one of them isn't even a tank he just has jacked up numbers and a loaded kit.

Riot avoids flooding the game with one type of champion after releasing like 4 fighters in a row back in S3 but they never really stopped releasing champions in the same role back to back.

Eh, Lucian and Jinx were back-to-back. Yasuo and Vel'Koz were back-to-back.

Pretty sure Riot has multiple champions being worked on at once and when they feel like the champion is in a comfortable place they start the pre-release hype.
