Standing still attacking a turret and dancing around with attack-move has the same end result. Maybe a couple attack-moves but one after every single auto? Just silly looking

Barely any benefits
It does several things. One it's good practice and keeps you in a rhythm. It keeps you moving, a moving target is always better than a stationary target. Lastly, it's good for positioning yourself for your next move/better safety.

i really think they messed up the palette for the victorious line, it should look awesome like you accomplished something rather than ehhh ok it's shit again!
like i don't personally care as i hate morg but seems like a wasted opportunity for something people anticipate a lot

Reaper soraka is kinda odd for a healer class.
Definitely.
However, sometimes it's funny to tap S for a second and watch Nami throw her bubble where she thinks you're going because it's literally almost never that an ADC stops moving.
More chance of avoiding Ashe/Jinx/Ziggs/Ezreal/Draven ults, to name one pretty decent benefit.
Better stay still so Lux can aim her laser properly and melt your face.
