Yup, Sivir just has too short of a range to be able to siege properly. Jinx alone can defend the OG siege potential without problems. OG's comp is really bad a siegeing. They are better at defending turrets.

The problem was rather that they under prioritized dragons earlier in the game. You can't let OG get 5 dragons, so they were forced to make bad plays in order to deny the fifth dragon a couple of times in a row.

A lot of champs could do the same zoning and pick. Pick Veigar, have a lot more focus power, and be better trading against Leblanc.
