Yeah, this is beginning to annoy me. Have another PSVR pre-ordered at .fr but it'll only arrive around the 7th of November according to Amazon...don't know what I should do, definitely don't need two though ;)

Just got mine. 17th of October... Had I known that Amazon would fuck up, I would have tried to pre-order one somewhere else.

How are you guys planning to store your PSVR? Since it's not as small as controller I am having a hard time finding a right spot for it in my place.

I took the day off work and I'm waiting in all day until it arrives.

I think I'm going to make do with the demo disk and then decide.

I'm planning on getting a glass mannequin head, like shops use to display sunglasses. I figure storing the headset on it should stop dust from getting on the lenses, and headphones can fit, too.

They seem to start at £14 on eBay.

Think you are looking at it backwards. It's basically a giant robot first, that just happens to have golf in it. It's like that other he that was just recently where you blow shit up and at the end you putt. Golf aspect isn't the most important gameplay element.

Online VR could be fun trying to get in the way of the other players shots.

Well, I guess that means we have another firmware update coming soon. I wonder why they didn't add that stuff into 4.00 (or maybe they did and no one's looked for it?).

Edit- I don't know why I'm excited about this (as it's pretty obvious a thing that was going to happen), but I thought it was neat to see the bit talking about PSVR Device updates. I wonder what kind of stuff they'll add over time.

Edit 2- The video version of Podcast Beyond Episode 461 is up. In the description it mentions them receiving PSVR. I don't know if that means the unboxing happens within the episode (and could be broken out as a separate video) or if the unboxing was filmed afterwards. http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/09...tch-dogs-2-is-exactly-what-we-were-hoping-for

The box is brought in around the 34:45 mark. It has a note on it not to open it due to embargo so they read some of the text off the box. After that it appears to just sit on the table for the rest of the podcast.

My favorites so far at the moment.
First one since it's something Matrix related which is perfect (Matrix, Kutaragi, Morpheus codename) and the Vive thread went with a Star Trek holodeck reference.

I had a thought that I should go get mannequin head (like the ones they use to display wigs) and just put it on that while not using it hahah. I think you can get them on Amazon for few bucks.

I think im starting to get cold feet. and not sure if i will keep my first shipment pre-order. a bunch of cool games out in the next few months i might not have the time to play it. and dont want it to be like my Xbox one that i never use and regret buying

Just preordered a PS VR, PS Camera V2 and Driveclub VR. Should go well with the Slim I bought yesterday.

I haven't been this excited about videogames in a decade.

Any impressions on Loading Human? The videos don't look bad but it being called "chapter 1" makes it sound to me that we only get part of a game with an open end. I hate episodic games :(

I am going to disconnect my PS3 and store it in that space in my TV stand well thats thats the plan hopefully it all fits etc.
