In America we call these BCGs (birth control glasses.) The Air Force stopped issuing the infamously bad ones a few years ago, however, so I missed that boat.
I like that name better. I was in the US Army, but it was infantry basic and AIT so no girls around, so maybe that's why the different name. It was also a long time ago, 1996. So maybe it is just changed too.

That honestly seems like my kind of language. I guess I'd miss being able to casually infer what words mean by drawing from etymology and stuff though.
Get sound blocking earmuffs from a hardware store or something, as a side effect you get to listen to the blood rushing through your ears from the quickened circulation. Like I've never used them for that purpose but it's kind of cool.

There is no "normal" amount of time. There's nothing wrong with wanting it to only last 3 minutes and there's nothing wrong with making last 3 hours.

I also remember an episode from The Orange Islands that centered around Meowth, his Payday attack, and a civilization that worshiped those things. Since he couldn't use it, Jesse and James would secretly throw out their prized bottle caps to help Meowth, and the whole episode was just heart-wrenching, if I'm remembering correctly, because they get in a fight and Meowth disowns them, but they still help him behind the scenes so he doesn't get discovered as a fraud, and he eventually realizes what they're doing for him.
It was a good episode, and it was all about Team Rocket's bond, with the main trio nowhere to be seen.
Damn, now I feel like hunting this episode down to see what I remembered right or forgot.
