The game did have leaks after episode 1.
When it came out people correctly predicted some of the stuff that has happened in the previous episodes.

In the US, PC and Xbox One players get Episode 5 tonight, PS4 players get to wait a day. Standard, but still frustrating.

Across the board, Australia/Europe gets it at midnight, US gets it at random times in the middle of the day. Standard, but still frustrating.
