oh man, been waiting for episode 5 to come out before buying it but still wasn't sure about it. just finished episode 1 and really enjoying it. no more time today but cant wait to start episode 2 tomorrow.
Bit annoying that US store takes so long to update.
I don't even live in US but have a US PSN account and my purchase is on that account so have to wait for the US store to update which is always at odd times rather than at midnight like every other store. Then there's the matter if it's PDT or EST...meh

Are you serious? .... This is my first time waiting for ps stores to update, I thought it was like preload games where it's out at 12.01 on the day its supposed to be released. I really shouldnth have splooged on this game and and Tales from Borderlands the past week lol .. Should have taken my time, playing it at pace so the episode would have come out by the time I was done lol.
And I thought Asian PSN games udates were bad.
Yea well Tales from borderlands isn't out either on the US store.
Other games should really just pre load it as updates and unlock it at the same time for everyone throughout the world, take some notes from Destiny.

You have to warn David, then pull the cable to the left of Max with her foot, IIRC.
You have to warn David, but do it a few seconds after Jefferson picks up the camera tripod, so he won't have time to go back and hit Max. If you do it a few seconds later, you get to the next section.

There is little puzzle solving in the game, it's fairly simple with the rewind power.
It's all about the story itself and some of it are the consequences (which is done better than Telltale games).

Finished. Fitting end. Could see the
coming a mile off, but that did not detract one iota. Rather, it filled me with dread.
Absolutely wonderful game that succeeded far more often than it failed.

Hey, now that all the episodes are out, a friend of mine is sensitive to nudity and sexual stuff, she turned off the game when the shower scene started and hasnt gone back, is there anything else sort of like that, worse, etc., in the game?
She's sensitive to perviness in games and I am telling her that scene is nothing, but haven't gone past that point yet, any non-spoiler answers?

As to your question, yes the game touches on some sensitive material that your friend would probably go mental over.

Yeah, she's kind of dumb with this, there's some things she likes that are far worse than this scene (she's a very big fan of Tomb Raider for example, the older games), but for some reason she thinks since Episode 2 started with a shower scene that's some sort of precinct for what audience it was trying to attract despite her thinking episode 1 was amazing. I think this will make her not playing, but she's honestly being very dumb about this. D<
I'll forward this post with the responses to her, but I think she's going to write it off with her logic, a shame since she apparently really liked the first episode and I do think she would really like this if she would just get over some minor things.

If she can't handle a shower scene then Ep 4 and 5 will probably be a no-go entirely for her. Nothing explicit or exploitative happens, but it's dark and the game earns its M rating through dialog and themes for sure.

Eh, there are some people in underwear, but it isn't sexualized. At all.
I will say, though, that the plot gets dark, and a lot of creepiness (serious creepiness) is inferred, even if it isn't shown explicitly. If your friend doesn't like thinking about that sort of thing, probably ought to give it a miss. It isn't until episode 4, either, so your friend might not want to get that far down the road before finding out.
Hard to say more without plot spoilers
Finished this at 6am this morning. It's one of the best episodes, but for a series finale I felt a little let down, especially when I was faced with
. I hoped it would have been more linear in the choices towards the end, with all my previous choices coming together, to give me a unique ending, what I got was completely different and felt like a bit of a cop out tbh.
Overall the pacing was good, there was a lot of tension and urgency thought the whole episode, there was a puzzle that killed the momentum momentarily though, but that was forgiven near instantly.
On an end note, I'm officially depressed that there will be no more LiS, no more waiting 6-8 weeks and getting myself hyped up. It makes me sad.
Oh and guys, did some of the revelations make you think that Dontnod got their story ideas from NeoGaf? More specifically
