It updates once an hour, on the half hour (for the previous hour's stats). This is both the Event Song high score and the overall Event Score.
When we get the ScoreMatch, it does the same thing,except when you go to play, you'll see your current ranking.

It's mostly just gold, friend points and loveca. You can get a SR Kotori @ 11k points.
You can see the reward list on the event page in the game. I did a list by that was a lot of pages ago. The most important price is midway and that is a sr kotori. You need 11.000 points for her. So I think you are halfway there but only 2 days left so it is going to be hard. Yes, but you have to finish the song before it ticks over for it to count. That's 12AM, June 10th, UTC. That's 5PM Pacific Daylight Time, 8PM Eastern Daylight Time, 11PM British Summer Time. So Monday, around 11 minutes ago from this post.
That should be enough time. I don't spend any loveca and I get around 1,000-2,000 points a day. Though that's because I'm playing the game nonstop and playing MOBAs while I wait for my LP to recharge
