Recently seeing the thread about games lost to time, a memory triggered in me about one of my most joyous games of 2019. I've never seen ANYONE talk about this. I revisited it over a couple of sessions and it still hold up beautifully. Its a unique pinball/hack n slack game where we play as a robot droid with a bat, and we have to dodge and energize/redirect the attacks (balls) that are coming at us as we crawl through the dungeons and try to defeat the 'Creature in the well' in this post-post-apocalyptic setting. We upgrade the bats (Pins) that we carry throughout the playthrough + goodies found in hidden areas. Each bat has its unique properties that changes the gameplay. Again I've never seen or played any game like it before or since it came out. Check out the review and give it a try if it piques your interest. Playtime took me about 7 hours I'd say. Game is rather challenging and frustrating at times with the amount of shit thats going to be on screen near the end. The art is beautiful and music is melancholic. The lore/story is drip fed to us as we complete the dungeons. Well-written for a small indie game.
