It would seem that Suarez feels the need to act like a cunt equal to the amount of talent he has, which sadly for him, is a lot.
FIFA need to come down hard on this, ban him for all international matches for 2 years. Anything like this again and he should be banned from all football, he's had enough chances.

I'm sorry but this is all a big misunderstanding. Suarez was only that close to Chiellini because he was going to whisper to him that he enjoyed playing against him. He also had his mouth open and teeth showing because he thought of something funny just as Chiellini threw his shoulder at his face.
Also I think it's admirable that Suarez has gracefully acceptable this misunderstanding as fact and now gives up any consideration of winning the ballon d'or after winning so many player of the year awards this season.

Skipping a handshake with a black man is a problem obviously, but I dislike how people make it seem that skipping a handshake is forgiveable or even acceptable unless its based on race, sex, or sexual preference. I get that these are things that are big issues, but skipping a handshake and poor sportsmanship in general are the source of all this and its not being addressed. You cant give passes out for certain things but not others. I've said before, skipping a handshake with a black man is a branch of the tree of poor sportsmanship. If you want to get rid of skipping a handshake with a black man, you cant address it just by cutting the branch off.
