Mac Gaming-Age: Does the elecom ps2 adapter work with OS X?

I have a RadioShack PSX controller that works just wonderfully on the mac.

and it's only $10!! (works with both PS2 and PS1 controllers)

The one you mentioned SHOULD work because almost everything works with a mac. You might need to get Gamepad pro (a little app) that makes it compatible with all the games.

I don't have that specific adapter, but I have a "Super Dual Box" which looks suspiciously like the JC-PS102USV, and it works fine with OS X...

Really though, those Elecom prices are awfully high. Why not just order an adapter from play-asia?

Rather than go through an adapter just go straight to the Mac Saturn Pad, which works 100% fine with all sorts of Mac emus.

I got the 1p elecom for 15 dollars today. Works fine with OSX, but I am still thinking about getting that mac pad. There feels like there is lag, but im using a somewhat old, somewhat worn ds2 with it.

You may want to also try using a ds1 too, since they don't have the analog buttons. I think your safest bet would probably be the mac pad though...
