It's now been more than 12 hours since I submitted my request for a code...
Damn, you too? I came in to see if I was the only one, but looks like a colossal ball-drop on Apple's part. They couldn't automate this process with a web script? It's like they're going through each request one by one and have 1 person on the job.
I submitted mine around 12 hours ago, but I'm fairly patient when it comes to things like this so as long as it comes in the next couple of days I don't care too much.

Also, only works on Flash-based storage systems apparently.
How do I know if Spotlight is done indexing and doing it's magic? I just installed ML about 1 hour ago and everything seems normal now. Do I need to leave my mac on overnight?
For those calling this a service pack, please explain to me how it's possible to create a 24 page, 2600 review of a 'service pack':

Incredibly thorough review. One day, I'll read it all.
John Siracusa is legendary.
Currently installing from the USB stick I created. Though I had to do it three times and it kept giving me an error when it finished. But it booted so we'll see. If that fails I still have multiple points of attack to get it installed.
BTW, so, what's the build number of the official release? The GM was 12A269. Is the official release the same?
Some people just want a fresh slate, so did I.Why are you installing from a usb stick? I've seen other people mention this as well. What are the benefits of doing it this way?
Messages got messed up so I turned it off on all of my devices, and now activation on the iPhone is taking over three hours. Urg.

Seems to be the easiest way do do a clean install and migrate. Though I could also have booted from my clone and run the installer from there after reformatting. Also I probably didn't need to since I really haven't had any problems for a few days. Even my WiFi problem disappeared a few days ago as if it sorted itself out. But whatever. It's currently migrating my stuff now. About a half hour from now and I'll be back in Mountain Lion. Why are you installing from a usb stick? I've seen other people mention this as well. Dumb Q:
I have a $50 iTunes card. Is iTunes/App Store/iBooks credit all the same? Can I use this to buy ML?
My understanding was that it is. Maybe someone can clear it up, but it would make sense.Dumb Q:

They're going to your phone number, not your email address.I never upgraded to Lion. How come iMessages sent to my iPhone are not showing up on my iMessage in my mac?
So is the verdict that Safari is Godlike? I'm tired of using Chrome and waiting on Google to update to retina. Tempted to switch back to Safari on ML.

Is there a way to setup my iPhone so it forwards them to my email address? iMessages is pretty useless if you can't it seems.
I think that's in iOS 6. You can link your phone number to your Apple ID.

Oh ok.
It's pretty sweet to be able to use the Siri like function to post replies on the here without having to type it out God I'm so lazy.

You now have the option to not group the windows by application.
