Might be replacing Froggirl for Bestgirl.

You've seen the light. Ashido is far and away my favorite, but I have a soft spot for side characters in manga with cool designs or abilities that rarely ever get developed to the extent they should.

That being said, the mangaka said in one of the omakes that she's one of his favorite and feels bad that he hasn't given her a chance to shine. He expects to give her a bit sometime in the future.

Here's hoping.

It's kinda amazing that the manga always manages to make you go What, this is too extreme! only to top that a couple of chapters later by going even further. Both in terms of action and ecchi. There were moments where I seriously considered to stop reading it, because some scenes are just too much, only to look back later and laugh about my naive innocence. It's all downhill for your morality from here on out.

Yep, Nekohime was the teacher all along, and she is not the least bit intimidated by Ako threatening her with a box cutter for getting between her and her "husband." Even so, it was worth it to see Ako go nuts there, even if the box cutter was a fake.

I find it somewhat interesting how this manga's going with a message about knowing how to distinguish reality from the internet when I'm pretty sure a more effective message given today's climate with social media and online stuff would be "don't be a dumb ass on the internet because anyone can find out who you are in real life."

Though I guess some of that kind of overlaps with the whole "knowing the difference between reality and online" thing, but just the way the subject is talked about when the teacher is lecturing Ako about it stands out as somewhat weird to me. Ah whatever. I'm reading this for Ako's yandere phases and the Guild Master's crafty persuasion anyway, what do I care about the bigger picture?
