What a great ride, absolutely fantastic. So many great scenes and moments and it really reminded me a little bit of Stephen King. The way it ended was also really good. Not to mention the really good art, god. I really wish we had more horror manga like this.

Drifting Classroom 34-43 END
The ending may have felt just the tiniest bit rushed but this was an incredible read from the beginning to end. I was expecting cannibalism and the inevitable splitting up into tribes to take place but I never expected HARDCORE SURGERY, animatronics gone mad, half of a man's face and his right arm hiding in a kids backpack to save the day, and the spaceship at the end. What an utterly brilliant story.

While going through my list and looking for another short manga, I found this one. No idea who recommended it or why it's on my list, but it has only 9 chapters, so I couldn't say no.
Getenrou 1
A group of three kids trying to find porn mags and it's actually a little bit funny. It ends with them getting recycled porn mags ... Ew. The art style is very simplistic, but not too bad. The sister is awesome.

Space officer? Sentai action scene? What? :lol
Apparently there was a time skip between the first and second chapter. Our MC from the first chapter is a useless office worker, while his friend from the first chapter became a space officer! Only to get fired again, because of a mysterious murder.
It was actually a decent detective story with a little twist, even if a bit random.

Getenrou 3-9
I couldn't stop reading, so I decided to read the rest in one batch.
Getenrou starts as a nice little collection of short stories, set in the future, and what connects them all are either the protagonists, or Getenrou, the building, where they live in. My favorite story is probably the third one, about the girl who trashes her home robot, because she's sick of it. The little twist at the end was really nice.
Starting with chapter 4, it's one big murder story that features our characters from the first chapter as adults. It's actually a pretty decent sci-fi story about robots, AI, protection of robots and all that. It took me a bit off guard, because I didn't expect it after the first two chapters. A total genre shift, as some would say. And the end was completely fucked up. It's a great read and I can only recommend it.

Ranma ½ - Vol. 26
This manga might just be the fastest read I have ever done. It finally reached the point where Ranma and Akane aren't completely Tsundere all of the time but behave like somewhat normal people to each other.

Oh, that Mehvel movie. Filming starts in June, but that doesn't mean there are going to be schedule conflicts for him. R&R was just renewed last week, so it's possible that shooting for that starts after they wrapped up the movie.
Andy is one of the best characters on the show, right after Ron. Less of him would be terrible.
