Not bad, a ton of fanservice and shounen-ai like moments. The art compositions sometimes remind of One Piece (too much going on) but overall it's pretty nice. The colored pages and costumes are gorgeous to say the least especially in the mermaid chapter.
Damn a cliffhanger.

Nothing Wrong With Constant Competition!
Story on the personified forms of the consoles and even the handhelds and just a competition. I like the random inclusion of jargon and what not comprising the game hardware ecosystem or academy. Ninty's Wii (Ui) was favorite looking as well as the PS handheld and the sharing power of sorts with PS. Maybe they can do another when the next gen finally arrives.

Magi - Chapter 184-185
Finally caught up with the last two chapters. Wow, no SHOUNEN SPAMMING this time. Not bad. When it's not dumb random boring action, it's definitely a huge improvement. The events were rather predictable, but at least I didn't feel this urge to stab myself while reading it.
So... I guess this is the end game then. It might be presumptuous, but the visuals and dialogue at the end of chapter 185 feel like a HUUUUGE FMA end game ripoff. Lololololol.

Having a receiver is making the DB's pretty dangerous, will be interesting to see what the long arm guy can do on the other team. The scene of everyone blowing up rice-kun was hysterical even the girl who's still the only character to dumb to realize Sena = ES21 got in on the gun shooting fun.

The fight between Yoh and Ren was pretty awesome, but Yoh forgetting what the king of shamans is and that it's his whole reason for becoming a Shaman was just dumb dumb dumb. Seriously it took 9 chapters for Yoh to finally have a reason to be motivated?

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 7-9
Man the art has made this hard to follow at times, thank god speedwagon just showed up to explain everything to me after it's already happened. Seriously after his initial battle with JoJo all he does for the rest of part 1 anime (and what I saw of part 2) is narrate what's going on. It makes a bit more sense in the manga but it still feels redundant at times.
It came back 2 months ago, then radio silence again :s

Kagura should never do another interview and Gintoki dressing up as Paako again was nice.
Perhaps this is setting up the beginning of the end game, but I just don't see the series wrapping up anytime soon. They need a few arcs after they do a big getting the team back together moment. There's also a ton of character arcs to complete. Nothing so far screams "ending soon". In fact, it's the opposite. As much as I actually have been enjoying this arc, it feels like running in place in regards to the actual larger series.

Holy shit, the showdown between Zheng and his shitty little Brother was one massive joke in the anime but the way it all went down in the manga was anything but. Hell, you can say the same for pretty much every major event in this series. Especially Wang Qi's flashback with King Zhao.
I must also say this manga differs quite a bit from the adaptation in that it doesn't leave anything up to the imagination when it comes to the atrocities commited to the civilians in this which certainly adds a much needed heavier tone to this. I also liked the extra stuff with Diao as I don't remember any of that and it actually did a great job of fleshing out
backstory.

I really like the sense of adventure this series has, I just wish the art was a bit better. Apparently there is an anime version of Rave Master has anyone seen it? I'm guessing based upon it's length it has an anime ending and isn't a full adaptation of the manga.

The anime ends at about the half way point of the manga. The manga's art does get better though, eventually turning into FT style (which is a OP copy).

Blah that the anime ends half way though, yay that the art gets better.
Going back to the normal theme is burning my eyes now. Looks like I'm sticking with the dark one for a while.

I can't believe I spent 2 days wasting hours and hours catching up with Attack on Titan only to find no explanations for anything at all. It's just twist after twist after twist.

Did the same thing, now there's no choice but to play the monthly waiting game.
Have done this to myself so many times lately. First, it was catching up with Magi way too quickly and now having to wait on that. Next, it was Attack on Titan. Now, I'm rushing through Aku no Hana and I know it's going to cause me as much if not more pain than waiting on Titan. Add to that the continuos hurt of being a Hiatus x Hiatus fan. Man, reading manga is suffering.
