I'm pretty sure you can just download an image that will act as a bootlaoder and make it region free and burn it to a cd-r. There should be tutorials on the internet for that type of stuff.

You need the DC-X boot disc. You pop the disc in, it spins, you open the lid and put in your import game and it plays.
