Hey depression is a serious deal! I think it should count you know.

There are a lot of things that seemingly should be covered by insurance in the US. Even with the AHC Act, it's still a big mess. As it is right now, it's cheaper for me to not get insurance. I can go to the med check for $40-50 and get prescriptions for $4 at Walmart. Any plan offered is at least that, plus a monthly bill for coverage. And you're just as fucked if you get into a wreck or get for real sick (like cancer or other diseases). I got too much in savings for it to really be beneficial to me. If I had no money or kids, it would be very helpful to me, though.


Should have gone with single payer and definitely shouldn't have gone with fining people if they don't sign up. Maybe in 10-15 years the US will get health care worked out better. It's a step in the right direction, but we're not even close to being where we need to be yet.

I don't think anyone really remembered him at that point. He left in what, '84 and just randomly showed up again in the early 90s. But damn, Backlund was such a hilarious heel.

Yeah. He left right before/at the start of the expansion era and anything pre-Hogan had been ignored for 10 years. He comes out all excited and no one has any idea who he is. It bums me out. I would have had no idea who he was at the time either, though.

Yeah. If I had to guess, censored versions of everything were probably the most readily available because of DVD releases and previous use on TV and such. Now they are putting the actual master footage on there (except for the songs, obviously). Other than Over the Edge, I don't think they are purposefully censoring anything they don't have to.

Yeah, when a show disappears it's either to censor it or uncensor it. A lot of the reason nonsensical stuff like Jimmy Hart themes were censored is because they just lazily used the Classics On Demand version to get them up quickly.

Ive been saying for ever that they need to promote content with these under used guys. You could get guys and gals over by the boat loads. Even brahs like Rusev that can't tlk. Just have just have a mega kayfabe documentary about his life. How he single handily held off Soviet invasions, bench pressed his parents as a small child.

It's weird that a company that focuses on social media so heavily really doesn't use it that meaningfully. It is all done to push the WWE brand, but very little effort seems to go towards benefiting individual wrestlers.

In the grand scheme of things I liked Hogan more. He held the belt more frequently and Macho got to be involved in some great story lines and promos.

WCW Macho Man was just fairly sad.

I loved Backlund's return, but it was so clear McMahon hated the guy with a passion. Backlund held the title for something like six years. When he regained it, he lost in less than 10 seconds to Diesel.

It's weird, but I don't think they ever put Backlund into any of the THQ/2K wrestling games.
I think he only appeared as a character in the horrible Legends of Wrestling game.
