Kevin Feige confirms the Dark Dimension will appear in the film:

“There are more things that lurk in shadows in this movie, perhaps, than our other movies,” added Feige, referring to interdimensional beings from which only Doctor Strange can protect humanity. While then suggesting that the tone of Doctor Strange won’t be Marvel’s darkest, even with vet horror director Scott Derrickson at the helm, Kevin Feige revealed one alternate dimension that we’ll see. “We see glimpses of something called the Dark Dimension,” he said. “But if you were to open a Doctor Strange comic drawn by Steve Ditko, you would see the Dark Dimension is, in fact, very colorful in an extremely psychedelic way. Those are the things we're not shying away from.”

So Mads Mikkelsen will play Dormammu?

Superb choice. Great actor. This film is absolutely nailing it on the casting front.

And put me down for one of those people who first saw Wong in The IT Crowd as well as the underappreciated as heck Peter Serafinowicz Show (Peter himself having scored a role in Guardians of the Galaxy). Looking forward to see what they do with the character. With any luck, they'll give it a bit of a tweak...just like what they same to be doing with Swinton's Ancient One.
