McFarlane and Bungie collaborate on Halo 3 figurines...

I despise McFarlane products.

ALL the ones I bought broke down on their own after a couple of months. You know, one day I go to bed and my Alien VS Predator display looks kickass, I wake up and the pins holding the Alien's feet are broken. Won't stand upright again.

Or the huge mech from The Matrix 3 - it's sitting on my desk at work, nobody touches it. One day I come to pick it up and the freaking torso is broken. Nobody has access to it..

All of the stuff I've had from that awful place has broken down like there's no tomorrow.

Now I solely rely on japanese PVC figs. At least those don't explode all of a sudden.

Believe it or not, I've visited the building where McFarlane Toys creates their figures. Those guys are incredibly talented (Joyride's got nothing on them) and I can't wait to pick up all of these myself.

Reminds me of a certain American product here...

I've got like 7 sports figures, and aside from my Hines Ward figure, which was broke right out of the box, they're all in perfect condition. I don't see how something can break if you never touch it >.>

McFarlane Toys do excellent sculpting and paint app jobs, and they are the perfect "Keep in the box" toy, but once you take them out and the heavy mistress of gravity is bearing down on their shitty joints, you're taking your fate into your own hands.

HATERS BE DAMNED, McFarlane is my best comic artist. His Spiderman is how I always and forever imagined Spiderman:

(sorry for the small off-topic GhaleonEB)

Those are looking great BTW.

And I always thought McFarlane's Venom was a million times better than any of his other incarnations, especially the Ultimate garbage.

I've had mine for years, literally. You must be conducting some intensive "play" sessions...

I have tons upon tons of McFarlane figures/statues that I've collected over the years, and only those figures that you mentioned have a reputation for breaking. The AvP figures and the huge mech are surprisingly fragile. But all the rest of his figures are nothing short of stellar.

I for one am thrilled to hear that McFarlane now has the Halo license. Awesome.

You think correct, because I agree with you, and I am not wrong. :D
